The demand for storage space is continuing to sustain momentum. Recent reporting from Marcus & Millichap found that the self-storage sector is continuing to outperform previous cycles thanks to contracting vacancy rates and increases in asking rents.
HREIF's self-storage portfolio consist of seven properties across seven U.S. markets totaling 3,733 units.
