Realization: Sorrento
We are pleased to announce that at the end of December 2022, Humphreys Capital finalized the sale of Sorrento, a multifamily property held by Humphreys Fund II and HREIF in Fort Worth, TX. The 420 unit property was acquired by both funds in October of 2018 and underwent capital improvements. We're proud to continue creating results that meet and exceed the expectations of our investors. Thank you to our Investments team for their steadfast commitment to excellence.
