Justin Lewellen

Director, Investments

Justin Lewellen is the Director of Investments of Humphreys Capital. In this role, he carries out investment activities, including sourcing, underwriting, asset management, and recommending investments and dispositions to the Investment Committee.

Justin brings over a decade of valuation-based disciplines and capital markets experience to Humphreys Capital. He served in various roles for publicly traded energy companies ranging from strategic finance to investor relations before joining the executive management team of Lagoon Water Solutions in January 2018. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, he oversaw all financial, accounting, risk management and strategic marketing efforts that culminated in a $500 million private equity commitment. Justin joined Humphreys Capital in 2019.

Justin serves on the board of directors of the American Red Cross of Oklahoma and Alumni Board of the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University.

Justin earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 2006.

He and his wife, Amanda, have three children and reside in Edmond.
